    1) Customer reports fault with unit to LG by contacting the technical helpdesk on 08448 471402 or by email;

    2) LG Technical Helpdesk advise what problem issue could be and if a replacement part is required under warranty, they will advise accordingly

    3) Customer orders part by providing a PO for the spare part by claiming as a warranty order. Part is sent out for delivery

    4) Customer provides a fully completed warranty form to within 28 days of ordering the spare part

    5) LG credits customer with spare part cost and relevant labour allowance within 45 days (as per Aircon Warranty Policy)
